We have named our drawing: Eternity
The clock we have designed is an antique clock and we have intended it to be dating quite a long time ago, where elves and dwarfs and spirits roamed the earth. And magic. The clock hands all point directly to the sign, infinite. This shows that time has forever stopped at eternity. The clock rim is a gold ring while the clock wood is a reddish fading to brown gradient which gives the clock a very woody and olden feel. The clock rim is decorated with golden designs and compliment the reddish wood surrounding the clock nicely. The center of the clock is filled with a light lavender swirling color and makes the clock seem very mystical and magical. Perhaps dreamy even.
The center point of the clock is a large, 3D “X” which will strike the viewers, the idea we have gotten from Matisse’s The Green Stripe. This is hardly an ordinary clock and I think it is one of the most successful artworks we have accomplished.
